Hear Clear solved a near unsolvable problem relating to communicating with staff in a large 153 unit residential development. Due to the geographic layout of the property and its composition of multiple six story buildings with subterranean garages and a row of townhomes covering several acres, typical hand held systems with an installed repeater and/or base station was not only cost prohibited, but transmission did not reach out to the farthest points of the property or subterranean garages. In additional, should the property lose power (i.e. earthquake or bad weather), a repeater system would be useless.
